Sunny Xie

Sunny Xie is a junior in Seven Lakes High School, this is her first year on The Torch staff. She loves the atmosphere in newspaper and enjoys working with the staff. She is also an officer in National Chinese Honor Society. She loves watching TV shows and movies, as well as basketball games with her family. She moved to the US three years ago from China, and she always travels to China to visit her best friends during the summer. Sushi is considered the best food in the world for her, her favorite is salmon sushi. She has passion for dancing, and she is going to be a member of Mitsi Dancing School company. She loves performing on the stage and show the audience how much they have practiced and how good her team is. A quote from her favorite basketball player of all time- “Second place just means you are the first loser.”
